I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. The owner, Lawrence, was a fantastic host and his culinary skills were truly impressive. The four-course dinner he prepared was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lively conversations with other guests from different nationalities. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions like the Millau Viaduct and the Roquefort cheese factory. The room I stayed in was spacious, and I loved the privacy it provided, especially with the large bath. The breakfast spread was satisfying, although it could have included some fruit and yogurt. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and friendly service.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We loved the historical ambiance of the hotel that really made us feel like we traveled back in time. The location was very convenient for city tripping and exploring the surroundings, especially since it was very close to the famous viaduct. the wifi was strong and consistent, which allowed us to easily research places to go and things to do during our stay.
The room we stayed in could use some renovation as it was quite old and run-down. The shower was especially difficult to use since it lacked a proper curtain or any way to prevent water from getting everywhere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming countryside hotel in the Aveyron region. The value for money was exceptional, with prices that were extremely reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beautifully restored old building to the spacious rooms offering complete privacy and large baths. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, such as the famous Millau Viaduct and the Roquefort cheese caves. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the delicious breakfast and dinner options made my dining experience truly memorable.
In terms of improvements, it would have been nice to have a lock on the room door for added security and a shower curtain to avoid water splashing everywhere. Nonetheless, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Great location close to attractions. Easy to park and comfortable beds.
Room was dated and dark with no natural light. Heater did not work well during the cold New Year.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a restored old building with loads of charm. The spacious room I had was at the top of the hotel and offered complete privacy, along with a large bath for relaxation. The attention to detail was evident, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to the surrounding area, including a visit to Roquefort.
All was well, with no major issues or concerns.

The charming restored building offers a delightful atmosphere with friendly hosts and a multi-national dining experience. The spacious rooms, such as the top floor room with a large bath, provide privacy and comfort. Guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared by the chef, including four courses, and have the opportunity to improve their language skills through communication with other guests. The property's location allows for easy access to the Millau Viaduct and a visit to the Roquefort cheese production.
Some rooms may lack certain amenities like a lock on the door, a shower curtain, or a kettle for making tea.
